Complete FS, the specialist lending packager and distributor, has created a new role of Business Support Manager and appointed Sean Latchem.
Sean comes from a retail background and is a highly experienced individual in helping customers maximise their buying experience. In the past two years he has been a Service Manager at Marks and Spencer.
According to Director, Phil Jay, the new appointment entails taking a leading role in educating brokers on BORIS, Complete’s unique placing, sourcing and tracking system, marketing Complete’s lenders and their USP’s to introducers, helping brokers write more specialist business and supporting the directors with external events and their organisation.
He said, "The role we wanted to fill required someone who could demonstrate that they were completely committed to providing customers with world class service. Sean’s background in retail, one of the most competitive of business environments, where service is of paramount importance, convinced us that we could make use of his skills to provide our introducers with an enhanced service experience."

Sean will be part of our evolving strategy of continual improvement in everything we do. The fact that he is a Tottenham supporter will not be held against him!"
